It can be a challenge to plan a trip to a new city. With keywordhotels.com the guess work of planning
you next trip is obsolete with our "Custom Trips" section.

Click on the "Custom Trip" tab at the top of the home page. The following questions will appear.

1. Where would you like to go?
You can enter the city you will leaving from and the city you will be traveling too. There is
even an option to select if you prefer to stay in a city other than where the destination airport is
located.
2. When would you like to go?
Simply select the dates and times you would prefer to depart and return.
3. How many rooms do you need?
Select the number of hotel rooms needed on the stay. Followed by the number of people in each
room, number of those 65 or older and number of children.
4. Do you have a flight preferences?
Travelers can choose their preferred number of stops and any airline preference they may have.
5. Do you have hotel preferences?
In this section travelers can choose hotels by chain, and choose hotel amenities of their choose.
Travelers can even view the hotel rating.

Once you've made all of your selections click the "search" button at the bottom of the page. Travelers
can then see the days and times of flights and airlines available as well as a list of hotels in the area with
availability. A total package price per person is listed to the right of each hotel listed. The price
includes the flight, hotel, taxes and fees per person. Once you've found the hotel and rate you prefer
click on the "select" button to the right under the price per person.

Once you have made your selection you can choose from the type of hotel room you prefer (i.e. one
King bed, 2 double beds, smoking or non-smoking). You can even choose at this point to modify your
flight preferences. Once finished click "select this hotel".

The following page allows you to select a rental car if you choose. It also gives a total price for the trip
up to this point. Once finished click "continue"

The next page is the "Review " page. You can review your selections, review the price, and review
policies. Once travelers have reviewed and verified their information they can click on the "continue"
button.

Next it's time to specify information in regards to passengers on the flight that will be taken. It offers
a place for a frequent flyer number, meal options and any special services required for each passenger.
Once completed click the "continue" button.

This is followed by the "Who is Traveling" page where travelers review the names of those people
traveling, request the name of the person or people that should be used for room check-in and a section
to select a trip contact who is the person to receive all communication for the trip. The trip contact
person will then need to fill out some contact information. Click "continue" when finished.

The next page is "Do you have a Seat Preference". You can then choose preferred seat for those in your
party, although not guaranteed or allow the airline to choose for you. Once complete click "continue".

The last page is the "How will you pay" page. Travelers simply review the price, select their payment
method, enter their billing address and agree to the policies. Once complete click the "complete
reservation".

The details of your reservation and confirmation information will be listed. Travelers will also receive
an email outlining the details of the reservation.
